As the COVID-19 pandemic is unfolding, we would like all of our clients to know that we take this threat seriously and have put measures in place to reduce the risk of exposure amongst our employees, customers, and vendors. We stand in solidarity with the members of our local, state, national, and international community in making a concerted effort to halt the spread of this disease.

We have mandated all necessary social distancing behaviors, including maintaining at least six-foot social distancing from other individuals, washing hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds as frequently as possible or using hand sanitizer, covering coughs or sneezes (into the sleeve or elbow, not hands), regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces, and not shaking hands.

In accordance with the “Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce During COVID-19 Response” issued on March 19, 2020, by the United States Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), Weis Fire & Safety Equipment’s operations include “essential” services for fire departments, first responders, public government sectors and other “critical infrastructure” areas.

Our facilities are closed to outside visitors, with the exception being that our showroom is open to customers by appointment only. This rule could potentially change as the pandemic conditions change. We still maintain the ability to ship & receive. We encourage customers to contact us via phone or e-mail.
